If the foreigners have joined Taiwan national health insurance (NHI)
program, he/ she can use the insurance card to make a walk-in registration or
make an appointment on the Hospital’s website. If he/ she needs help, or didn’t
join the NHI, please contact our international medical service office. We offer
assistance for same-day registration and advance appointment. You could contact
us by phone, fax, E-mail or send a letter directly. For more detailed
information, please click contact us. After you contact our coordinator,
we will ask you to fill out the personal information form or provide a passport
copy for further arrangement. We will complete your request and feedback to you
within 24 hours. You can also use the online instant messaging service during office
hours (8:30am~5:30pm) to get more timely response.

available, please also bring in your English medical report such as medical history
summary, physician referral statement, laboratory testing and imaging study
data (X-ray, CT, MRI or ultrasound), pathology report, and list of current
The coordinator will complete your appointment request within 7-14 workdays. Firstly, your medical report will be presented to the relevant doctor for review, after the doctor confirms and accepts your request, we will contact you by phone, fax or send an e-mail to you, and inform you the treatment plan and estimated medical charge. If you are sure that you don’t have to renew or apply a visa to Taiwan, our coordinator needs an additional 1-3 days to arrange your visit to the Hospital.
Consultation for medical procedures and related expenses, outpatient care appointment, hospitalization arrangements, guide service, medical file application, transportation information, etc.
If you are sure to come to our hospital for medical treatment, our coordinator will help you for applying for a short-term medical visa.
When you contacted with our coordinator, please mentioned that your family will travel with you for arrangement of necessary accommodation. It will be more helpful if you can indicate your budget for the accompany person(s).
If your insurance company has signed a service contract with the Hospital, the company may be asked to send a letter to guarantee for paying your medical expenses according to the contract agreement. You may waive to pay or are subject to certain amount of co-payment. If your insurance company hasn’t signed a contract with the Hospital, you have to pay, and apply for an English medical certificate and receipt for subsequent reimbursement claim in accordance to your insurance policy.

You can find a doctor who meets your expectations based on your symptoms and medical needs, or you can request for advice. The coordinator will arrange the doctor who is the best for you based on the medical report and personal needs you provide.
